We have a 24/48 hr policy for reporting any issues with product. Incase of any damage or wrong piece received we will exchange it with the same piece and courier charges for the same shall be born by us.
Pickup service is available as per the courier partners servicing capability of the pin-codes for pickup. The product has to be in the same condition with labels, Tags and packets preserved unworn, unwashed and unused.
To claim anything you need to provide us with an untampered photo and video and would appreciate an unboxing video too as it is insisted for proof by courier partners to claim any transit damage. Any tampered or doctorated video and photos will be out rightly rejected and you shall be ineligible for any kind of exchange.
If replacement is not available at that time we will issue a credit note of the same value with validity of 6 months from date of purchase or you can also opt for the return. Minor imperfections in weaving and printing issues and minor color variation are part of natural and handmade products and shall not be eligible for consideration under damage or defect.
Products we sell on our platform are already tried tested and as per industry standard and amongst the best provided in the given price range, however, if in case you are not satisfied with the product or feel that it’s not as per your perception or understanding or expectation you may request for exchange with any other product. Incase, immediately you are not willing to buy anything a credit note shall be issued of the same value for future purchases valid for 6 months from the date of purchase however such exchange request shall be approval basis only as decided by us.
In such cases the courier charges of pickup and sending another courier shall be borne by the buyer. The pickup can be arranged by us if you wish to or you can make your own arrangement for sending the product back to us. We need to receive the product with original tags labels and packaging in the same condition unworn unwashed and unused.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
However, we prefer exchange of product with any other product from our collection and refunds are ONLY entertained on special cases and after proper consultation with buyer.
