Theres something quietly powerful about women who show up for everyone around them and still, day after day, show up for themselves. Bharati Sadhwani is one of those women.
Born in Bhopal, Bharati grew up surrounded by culture, values, and strong family roots. A daughter with deep respect for tradition. A wife to an Army officer, constantly adapting to new cities and new beginnings. A mother to a growing daughter stepping into her teenage years. And through it all, a woman who has never let go of her inner fire.

Bharati was once a banker, working with MSMEs and building a career in finance. But life had other plans. With every transfer, every pause in her professional journey, and every challenge that came her way, she chose not to stop. She choose to reimagine.

What sets Bharati apart is not just resilience  but the grace with which she carries it. Between school pickups, solo parenting, running a household, and still finding space to create, build, and dream she brings a kind of quiet strength that doesnt ask for applause. It simply keeps going.

Ethnic Element was born from this spirit. Not as a startup, but as a slow, soulful commitment to herself, to the heritage she loves, and to the artisans she believes in. Every piece is a reflection of her belief that dreams take time, but they are always worth it.

This is Bharati. Grounded. Graceful. And still growing, one beautiful stitch at a time
