Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Ethnic Elements crafts each piece with care, and our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-first so you can shop with confidence and reach out easily if something isn't right.
1. Defect, Damage or Wrong Item
Please check your order at the time of delivery.
Any defect, damage, or wrong item must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue:

If your issue is approved as a valid defect or error:

You will be eligible for an exchange for the same product or any other product of equal or higher value

If you choose a higher value product, you will need to pay the difference at the time of purchase/checkout

Pickup will be arranged by us, and pickup charges will be borne by Ethnic Elements

If there is any logistic issue in arranging pickup at your location, we may request you to ship the product back to our warehouse. Our team will guide you with the address and process

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will dispatch your exchange within 24–48 working hours

If you do not wish to exchange immediately, we can issue a credit note for the full product value, valid for 3 months, which can be used on future purchases
2. Returns / Exchanges Due to Preference (Non-defect)
If the product meets our quality standards but does not match your personal expectation in terms of look, feel, colour, or fit:

You may:

Request an exchange for any other available item on our website of equal or higher value

For higher value product, you must pay the price difference at the time of placing the new order

Or opt for a credit note equal to the product value, valid for 3 months, which can be redeemed on future purchases
Logistics & Charges:

We can arrange a pickup on request via Return Prime. A flat ₹200 pickup/return charge will be borne by the customer

If pickup is not possible due to logistics constraints, you may be asked to send the product to our warehouse via a reliable courier, as guided by our team

After the product reaches our warehouse and is verified as unused, with original tags and packaging intact, your exchange or credit note will be processed within 24–48 working hours
3. Eligibility Conditions
For all returns and exchanges (defect or preference):

The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in saleable condition

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Products that are used, soiled, altered, damaged (and not reported within 24–48 hours), or returned without tags will not be eligible for return or exchange
Credit Notes:

Cannot be converted into cash

Can be used only on www.ethnicelement.in

Are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
