CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTE: PREMIUM COLLECTION IS NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE AS OUR PREMIUM COLLECTION IS MADE TO ORDER.
* Size Exchange/ Design exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at contact@ethnicelement.in within 24
Hours from the date of delivery of the parcel if a reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and resend the product. The reverse pick-up charges are to be borne by the customer. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few pin codes.in this case, the customer is requested to send it back with the customer's name and mobile. Exchanges are allowed on size issues only.
All purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.
Exchange is only possible under the following conditions:
All items must be in their original packaging with
Product tags intact
* All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
* Original receipts would need to be included
* All items would need to be purchased originally from www.ethnicelement.in
* We don't accept the exchange based on likings.
* If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we cannot process any claims for exchanges regardless of the items being mailed back to us. WE DO NOT REFUND IN ANY CONDITION, WE OFFER ONLY EXCHANGE. AND WILL BE ISSUED CREDIT NOTE.
* Return: We humbly don't take returns on items sold once.
* Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we will resolve it for you.
When Exchange is not accepted?
- Exchange not accepted due to color Differences. 10 %
Color differences might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
- Exchanges are not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order.
- The validity of the Credit voucher issued for exchange will be of
90 days.
CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER
